We recently appeared in a feature in our local newspaper The Sentinel which highlighted businesses who had been busy during lockdown. We have literally never stopped and have had to adapt our businesses to help our customers in a new way of working.
Many clients including those in retail, car showrooms, and leisure had to close their doors immediately following the Prime Minister’s announcement in March. However, other areas such as distribution centres, manufacturing and industrial premises, supermarkets, schools open for essential workers and train crew accommodation and offices have been busier than ever, and have had to bring in enhanced cleaning regimes to satisfy Covid-19 risk requirements.
We had to furlough some staff as many of our customers were forced to close in March. However, in other areas, especially our janitorial supplies business, headed up by Jackie Walker, it has been incredibly busy.
Being acutely aware of how vitally important the relevant cleaning and sanitising processes are in place as businesses start a phased return to work, we put together a post-lockdown hygiene schedule to cover all areas and also developed packs of products to ensure that everyone stays safe in the workplace.
We are also saw a rise in demand for deep cleaning prior to staff returning to work, and on a regular ongoing basis.
